Inspired by our own experience, TFC was created to make fertility care less overwhelming and more human—delivered wherever patients need it most.
Our own fertility journey began in 2013. It was hard—really hard. Our days became a blur of syringes, bruises, ice packs, sharps containers, endless blood work, ultrasounds—and the emotional storm that comes with it all. We felt the stress, the uncertainty, and the exhaustion that can make this process feel impossible to face alone.
That experience changed us. And it inspired us to create The Fertility Concierge. We wanted to make the journey easier, safer, and more supported for others walking the same path.
Today, our incredible nationwide team of TFC-Certified™ nurses brings professional, compassionate care directly to patients—at home, at work, in hotels, wherever they are. Our mission is simple: Improve the lives of those going through fertility treatments. We do this by providing safe, professional, and compassionate injection support, so you can focus on hope, not stress.

Co-founder
Dani Geft is the Co-Founder of The Fertility Concierge and serves as an advisor for clinical care and patient experience. Her personal fertility journey gave birth to TFC, where she continues to bring unique empathy and insight to help support our patients. Dani ensures that every patient feels supported, understood, and cared for—helping TFC deliver an experience defined by warmth, professionalism, and peace of mind.
Co-founder
Lior Geft is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Fertility Concierge, inspired by his and his wife, Dani’s own fertility journey. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and former M&A attorney at Latham & Watkins, Lior previously served as CEO of Mabbly, a boutique full-service digital marketing agency. He leads TFC’s strategy, growth, and brand vision—redefining the fertility experience through compassionate, tech-enabled, at-home support.
Chief Medical Advisor
Dr. Brian Kaplan is a globally recognized leader in reproductive medicine and a founder of Donor Egg Bank USA. A pioneer in IVF innovation and third-party reproduction, he provides strategic and clinical guidance to The Fertility Concierge, advising on best practices and patient care standards. Honored annually since 1999 as one of America’s Best Doctors, Dr. Kaplan has been featured by CBS, Good Morning America, NBC, and The Wall Street Journal.

Digital Director
Oliver leads the development of TFC’s digital ecosystem—building the infrastructure that powers brand growth, visibility, and engagement across patients and nurses nationwide. He oversees digital strategy, brand, and marketing initiatives to strengthen trust and awareness of TFC’s at-home fertility care. His focus is on scaling TFC’s reach so more families can access the compassionate support they deserve on their fertility journey.

Head of Nurse Experience
Madalyn oversees a variety of areas-- from recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day support for our nurses — to scheduling logistics, procedure improvements, operational oversight, and community-building. Her goal is to make both the patient and nurses’ experience as TFC seamless, rewarding, and continually evolving based on feedback. She is here to listen, to problem-solve, and to help TFC thrive.
