Start your journey by clicking Join Our Team on our website to let us know you’re interested. Our team will send you the TFC-Certified™ Nurse Exam, which ensures all nurses align with our mission and standards of care.

The exam includes three parts:
To pass, you’ll need a score of at least 85% (36 out of 42 questions). You’ll receive your results, a detailed score report, and support from our team. If you don’t pass on the first try, don’t worry—we’ll guide you through a retake so you can succeed.
