Our proprietary scheduling platform moves at the speed of fertility. Nurses are notified automatically, and every visit is tracked in our secure, HIPAA-compliant system.
On our online booking form, patients share their clinic name, medication, and visit date(s), then choose a time. Their card is charged only after each completed visit.
Our system instantly notifies TFC-Certified™ nurses nearby, and our care team monitors every request until a nurse is confirmed. The nurse then reaches out to introduce themselves and confirm the details. If no nurse is available on short notice, we’ll set up a virtual visit instead.

When patients ask what it costs, here’s the short answer: they pay TFC directly, only for completed visits, and can use HSA or FSA funds. We don’t bill insurance, but patients can request a superbill to submit to their plan for possible reimbursement.
Cards are charged only after each completed visit, plus a 3% card processing fee. A cancellation fee may apply, and patients are informed of our cancellation policy upfront when they book.

The pharmacy also supplies the sharps container and alcohol swabs, and our nurses bring their own gloves. Our nurses prepare and administer each dose exactly per your clinic’s protocols.
